As a community bike shop we like to come out and interact with the outside world now and then. We go to events around the city offering free bike checks, demonstrating our pedal powered technology, and answering bike queries. We also teach on site and off site Intro to Maintenance and Mechanics courses for 40$/person. For more info about this see our Courses page.

Our Pedal Powered Blender, Pedal Powered Grinder and Pedal Powered Sound System are all available for rental for events, parties, etc. The blender is a fun and interactive way of making smoothies and other blended drinks (virgin margueritas). You can grind coffee, wheat, corn and many other food stuffs while encouraging people to rethink their reliance on electricity with the grinder. And the sound systems is a hand on, hands on, good time.

Pedal Powered Blender 50$/day
Pedal Powered Grinder 50$/day
Pedal Powered Sound System 100$/day with the option of having someone come help to set it up and return to help tear down for 15$/hour.
